Application Submission

After your visit, if you decide that Luckimon Christian Academy is the right fit for your child, the next step is to complete our application form. The form can be obtained from our school office or downloaded from our website. Please submit the completed application along with the required documents.

Documentation

The following documents are necessary for the enrolment process: Copy of the child’s birth certificate, Immunization records, Recent medical report (if applicable, Parent/guardian identification documents.)

Interview and Assessment

For certain age groups, a short informal assessment may be conducted to better understand your child's needs and how we can best support their learning journey.

Admission Confirmation

Once your application and documents have been reviewed and the assessment (if applicable) is completed, we will confirm your child’s admission to Luckimon Christian Academy. You will receive an admission letter along with details about the orientation process and starting dates.

Orientation

An orientation session will be held for parents and children. This is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with the school’s routines, meet the teachers, and address any queries you might have.

Fees and Payment

Details regarding tuition fees, payment schedules, and any additional costs will be provided upon admission confirmation. We strive to maintain transparency in all our fee structures and payment policies.

Preschool : 

From 2 Months to 1 Year R2000

From 1 year to grade R half day from 6am to 2pm R1600 and from 6am to 6pm R1800
